SAN ANTONIO — A San Antonio Police Officer rescues an unconscious woman from a fiery car crash northwest of downtown.
City Council will vote on CPS Energy rate hike Thursday. The rate hike would be to keep up with operating costs and recoup fuel money lost during the 2021 winter ice storm.
